About the Role
Registered Nurse First Shift Unit Manager – Complete Care at Barn Hill, Newton, NJ
Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus
- Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and support staff to deliver excellent patient care.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Monitor patient flow and throughput to maintain efficient care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership and communication skills. If you are passionate about patient care and eager to lead a dynamic healthcare team, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Need- Active NJ RN license
- Long‑Term Care or Rehabilitation experience preferred
