Monday through Friday – Evening Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Evening Shift Supervisor. As a leader in our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients.

The Evening Shift Supervisor oversees the nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and attention. You will manage patient care, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to the nursing team, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

• Supervise nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring patient care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Manage patient assignments to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other departments such as pharmacy and laboratory to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
