We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Evening Shift Supervisor at Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey. As a leader in our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients. This is a full-time opportunity.

About the Role

Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor

The Evening Shift Supervisor oversees the nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring patients receive exceptional care and attention. Responsibilities include managing patient care, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to the nursing team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring patient care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Manage patient assignments to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
