- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care needs.
- Support resident independence, comfort, and well-being in assisted living environment.
- Document care activities and observations as required.
- Conduct routine resident check‑ins and provide individualized support.
- Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and adaptive equipment.
- Encourage participation in daily activities and community life.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
- Prior experience in assisted living or long‑term care setting (required)
