• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care needs.
• Support resident independence, comfort, and well-being in assisted living environment.
• Document care activities and observations as required.
• Conduct routine resident check‑ins and provide individualized support.
• Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and adaptive equipment.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and community life.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
• Prior experience in assisted living or long‑term care setting (required)
