Complete Care at Barn Hill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high‑quality patient care and support to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Up to $27.00 per hour.
• $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time CNAs.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus for part‑time CNAs.
