Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and compassionate environment, providing high-quality patient care to individuals in our Newton location. Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Registered Nurse with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring patient progress, identifying potential complications, and adjusting care plans as needed
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Licensed Practical Nurse

• Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation

Licensed Practical Nurse

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse
