  • Shift differentials offered:
    Evenings ($2.00/hr), Overnights ($2.00/hr), and weekends ($1.50/hr)
• Schedule:Full-Time & Part-Time| Evening 3PM- 11PM shifts available with weekend and holiday rotation required

• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
• Provide high‑quality nursing care to resident in accordance withcare plans
• Maintaintimelyandaccuratedocumentation of care and medications
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well‑being

• 18 years or older
• Current and activeLPNlicense in New Jersey (required)
• Previous nursing experience required, experience in long‑term care or sub‑acute rehab setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
