QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in the care of the sick or elderly (preferred, but not required)
- Current certification in New Jersey
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm as well as the ability to communicate with residents
