What You'll Do:

• Provide nursing support that promotes the health and well‑being of Assisted Living residents
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes or concerns as needed
• Assist with resident transitions, assessments, and service plan updates
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications, services, and observations
• Contribute to resident evaluations and individualized care planning
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and team members
• Foster a safe, supportive, and resident‑focused Assisted Living environment

What You'll Need:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program(required), BSN preferred
• Current and activeRN license in New Jersey (required)
• Previous experience in long‑term care or assisted living (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
