Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (ADON) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Complete Care at Barn Hill, Newton, NJ.

As an ADON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents, while also providing leadership to our nursing staff.

• Work under the DON to ensure residents' care is above excellence and safe
• Provide leadership to the nursing staff to ensure that the highest quality care is provided
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to our residents' well-being

• RN License in PA
• Previous experience as ADON or Unit Manager a plus
• 1 year of RN leadership experience in LTC/SNF
