Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Barn Hill, Newton, New Jersey

Up to $25/hour - All shifts available. Every or every other weekend. Sign-on bonus: $4,000 for FT CNA, $2,000 for PT CNA.

Complete Care at Barn Hill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Current NJ CNA certification
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Up to $25.00/hour
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for FT CNA
