Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant

Current NJ CNA certification
Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
