Staffing Registered Nurse; RN; Per Diem

$50/hour, plus up to $4/hour more for nights and weekends. Choose the shifts that work for you as a per diem RN supporting United Methodist Communities' assisted living and skilled nursing residents across Northern New Jersey.

• Pick up shifts that fit your schedule across our assisted living and skilled nursing communities
• Deliver hands-on, person-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Document care clearly so the next shift has what they need
• Hand off to full-time staff and community leadership at shift change
• Respond to resident and family needs with clinical judgment and compassion

Required:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• Current flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions considered)
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience, ideally in long-term care or assisted living

• $50.00 per hour base rate
• Per diem: day, evening, and night shifts available,
