Complete Care a prestigious long-term and post-acute care provider, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team!

We are seeking a motivated and caring LPN to work on our evening shift, providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a warm and compassionate environment. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patients' conditions, and update medical records.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Your dedication, expertise, and passion for nursing will make a profound impact on our residents' lives.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine tasks

• Assess patients' conditions, identifying areas of concern and reporting to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of our healthcare services

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records

• Competitive hourly rate of $34 - $41.75, plus awesome shift differentials!
