The Franchise Division of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, is looking for an experienced professional to support the regional franchise sales teams in support of corporate development strategy for the Red Lion Hotels family of eight brands across 900+ franchised hotels in the US and Canada. The Red Lion Hotels family of brands includes Red Lion Hotel, Red Lion Inn & Suites, Hotel RL, Guest House Extended Stay, Knights Inn, Americas Best Value Inn, Canadas Best Value Inn, and Signature Inn.

• Assist in implementing corporate development strategy.
• Target key markets, as directed by RVP's and SVP's
• Will provide sales support for Lodging Development Team
• Implement and execute franchise sales policies and practices.
• Franchise sales lead generation.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding targeted goals for new development.
• Provide recommendations for franchise sales marketing and advertising.
• Respond to franchise inquiries.
• Build, develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective owners
• Attend appropriate industry events.
• Support senior management in the mission, vision and values of the company.
• There will be other duties as assigned.

• Technical

• Passionate. Delivering industry-leading customer support is critical and you thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
• Expert in Travel. Know how to navigate the complexity of air travel through maximizing every benefit to get you to your locations in a timely manner.
• 4-year degree
• Development, Analytical, Real Estate, Finance, Franchising, Hotel Experience helpful

Pay Range: $50,000 to $60,000. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific overall experience.
