Role PurposeEnhance manufacturing operations and drive efficiency, quality, and innovation through technical expertise and teamwork.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Provide engineering-level production support to manufacturing operation and actively engage in plant safety initiatives and projects.
- Solve process issues through data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Provide engineering expertise for fundamental understanding of manufacturing issues.
- Lead and/or provide support for projects involving cost reduction, process optimization, and new products.
- Develop and maintain systems to monitor and proactively address equipment/process performance, including trend analysis and implementation plans.
- Receive and integrate new technologies to improve process capability while ensuring proper processes are followed during transfer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong data analysis and statistical skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Minitab, or equivalent
- Use scientific method and engineering principles to solve problems thoroughly and effectively, using well-designed and executed processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification.
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.
- Project management experience.

The range for this position is $82,157.00-$ assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
