Description

Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks pertaining to Treasury Management products and services. Responsible for working with the Compliance and BSA area and Internal Audit in all Compliance and audit related activities, which includes but is not limited to obtaining reports and documentation requested by auditors/examiners and attending meetings with or on behalf of the Director regarding audits, examinations, and all compliance and Risk related issues.

Responsible for the annual and periodic reviews for Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture limits to ensure that the reviews are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Interact with Credit Administration and the BSA Office as needed.

Serve as a support representative for Treasury Management employees and customers, providing efficient service and support and ensuring confidentiality of customer and Bank information.

Qualifications Required Education/Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in banking experience. Must have a broad knowledge of the banking industry. Broad knowledge of applicable banking policies and regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within compliance, risk management or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • A detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Education/Knowledge
  • 3 or more years Treasury or Banking experience preferred.
  • CTP/AAP certification preferred.
Required Skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and self‑motivated.
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a team player, working with multiple department members.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Maintains a positive role in the community.
