Must be open to 2nd or 3rd Shift Must be US citizen Must have a blend of:
Industrial maintenance Electrical Mechatronics (base line troubleshooting of PLC's, HMI interface) This facility mainly uses Allen Bradley PLC (some Siemens)
- Keep lines running: Diagnose electrical faults, perform emergency repairs
, and close out priority tickets fast. - Own PM windows: Use the evening/night access to complete preventive maintenance, calibrations, and firmware updates without production conflict.
- Commission & improve: Assist installs/start-ups; fine-tune sensors, drives, and PLC/HMI settings after changeovers.
- Document & hand off: Log work cleanly and handoff to day shift with crisp notes (what, why, next step).
- Work safely—always: LOTO, PPE, and code‑compliant repairs; coach operators on safe restarts.
- Prioritize smart: Manage a rolling queue (alarms, PMs, line changeovers); escort early when parts/contractors are needed.
- Contribute to kaizen: Flag repeat faults, propose simple fixes (labeling, guards, cable routing, SOP tweaks).
- Electrical prints, multimeter/clamp meter, thermal, basic diagnostic software.
- CMMS for work orders + spare‑parts kitting after hours.
- Post‑secondary electrical/mechatronics or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- ~7–12 months in industrial maintenance (co‑op/intern/full‑time OK)—we’ll grow you quickly on 2nd/3rd.
- Solid troubleshooting fundamentals, clear verbal/written updates, and safety discipline.
- Ability to own a zone with limited supervision and collaborate during shift change.
- Uptime & response: faster recoveries, fewer repeat calls.
- PM completion & quality: on‑time, well‑documented, zero rework.
- Handoffs: day‑shift thanks you because your notes make their first hour easy.
You’ll get structured onboarding, cross‑training (schematics, instrumentation, PLC basics), and a coach who invests in your next step.
Shift information- Shift differential: premium pay for 2nd and a higher premium for 3rd (published and stacked on base).
- Schedule: fixed shift; occasional OT for turnarounds/start‑ups.

- 30 days: Learn the lines and LOTO; own straightforward calls with support; complete a full PM route solo.
- 60 days: Lead one zone’s PMs
