Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Team Leader to manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who excels at collaboration, clear communication, and problem‑solving. The Project Team Leader will work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
- Identify project risks and challenges, develop solutions, and keep projects on track.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Motivate and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years manufacturing experience or military experience in a technical environment.
- 2+ years team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing projects—preferably related to facilities growth, expansion, and organizational needs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support team members.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $80,750.00 – $, assuming full‑time status. Starting pay is dependent on geographic location, market demands, experience, and education.
