Team Leader Supervisor – Night Shift
Schedule:
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotation
We are looking for a strong people leader to join our team as a Team Leader Supervisor in a fast‑paced manufacturing and/or warehouse environment. In this role, you will lead daily operations with a focus on safety, production performance, team development, quality, and continuous improvement. You will supervise a large hourly workforce, guide front‑line coordinators, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help deliver outstanding operational results.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
- Lead daily production activities, including staffing, scheduling, and work assignments
- Drive performance in quality, output, cost, and on‑time delivery
- Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly associates and operations coordinators
- Address attendance, performance, and development needs in a clear and consistent manner
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, flow, and overall performance
- Maintain housekeeping, process discipline, and ISO‑aligned procedural standards
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to solve problems and support new products or processes
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing or technical experience
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or military technical role
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive accountability
- Working knowledge of production planning, staffing, and capacity management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to support other shifts as business needs require
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or another technical field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification
- Experience in union or non‑union environments
- Experience leading continuous improvement efforts with measurable results

The range for this position is $80,750.00 – $ assuming full‑time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
