The engineer will drive process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement while supporting new product launches and engineering changes.
The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in data analysis and Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methods.
