* + Assist with operating and monitoring production equipment

+ Support machine changeovers and production runs

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards

+ Help troubleshoot minor equipment issues and clear jams

+ Stack, pack, and prepare products for shipment

+ Work closely with teammates to achieve production goals

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous manufacturing, machine operator, production, or warehouse experience preferred

+ Consistent work history and reliable attendance

+ Ability to work in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

+ Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
