Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Availability Requirement: Must be available to work overtime, including weekends, and up to 7 days per week as needed to meet production demands.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble automotive components and parts according to established work instructions and quality standards.
- Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Support team members to ensure smooth workflow and continuous production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with material handling and line support as needed.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Weekly pay at $17.00 per hour.
