Production Associate

Location: Newton, NC
Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00/Hour
Schedule: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do:

• Pack and stack finished products
• Build pallets and prepare products for shipment
• Perform repetitive lifting and stacking throughout the shift
• Lift materials above shoulder height as needed
• Assist with production line operations
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Dependable candidates with excellent attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
• Comfortable performing repetitive lifting, stacking, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  
  Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, or other physically demanding experience is a plus
