Job Description
In this role, you will:
Quality & Compliance- Validate new and existing quality assurance test methods through structured testing and documentation.
- Conduct complex quality tests, analyze results, and identify corrective actions.
- Support the development, documentation, and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GKN standards, regulatory requirements, and IATF 16949.
- Lead APQP activities for assigned programs and ensure PPAP deliverables meet expectations.
- Manage supplier performance aligned to QCD metrics and drive corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain deep understanding of procurement standards, regulatory codes, and internal procedures.
- Contribute to CI/VAVE initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Support change management activities, including project updates and problem‑solving analyses.
- Prepare high‑quality reports and documentation following organizational guidelines.
- Identify and escalate patterns of non‑compliance when needed.
- Build your technical expertise through ongoing training, coaching, and industry learning.
- A technical diploma or short‑cycle tertiary education.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, procurement quality, or a similar function.
- Strong capability in supplier management, problem‑solving, and risk assessment.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, and quality tools within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage complexity, communicate effectively, and build trust across teams.
- Strong accountability, prioritization, and results‑driven mindset.
