Security Officer - Plant Gate Control

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.;
Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.;
Support shipping and receiving access control by verifying driver credentials and delivery or pickup documentation, directing vehicles to appropriate staging areas, and documenting gate activity per site policy.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and written reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
