Security Officer - Lobby Desk Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $18.93/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Greet and screen visitors, contractors, and vendors; verify identification, issue temporary badges, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location requirements.;
Monitor access control points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and entry devices; report irregular activity and/or maintenance issues to Allied Universal supervision and location contacts.;
Answer and route incoming calls, support employee check-in processes, and communicate directions and/or instructions to visitors while maintaining a professional lobby presence.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and escalating concerns per post orders.
