Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.;
Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors, provide directions and information, and help direct individuals to appropriate contacts or areas.;
Monitor designated access points, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
