Part Time Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access to the manufacturing and industrial location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate visitor arrivals and access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.assistant analysis
