Warehouse Team Member – Loading & Unloading

Newton, NC | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for reliable, motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our team in Newton, NC. No previous warehouse experience? No problem — we provide training!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and wants the opportunity to increase their weekly earnings through production pay.

• $15.92 per hour
• Receive hands-on training on our warehouse procedures, safety practices, and trailer loading and unloading process.
• Learn how to safely and efficiently complete your assigned work.

• Get paid by the load for unloading and loading trailers.
• Work approximately 30–40 hours per week.
• Opportunity to earn approximately $800–$1,000 per week, depending on available work, completed loads, and individual productivity.
• The more work you successfully complete, the greater your earning potential.

Please note:

Weekly earnings are based on completed loads, available work, and individual productivity.

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Overtime and additional shifts may be available depending on business needs.

Eligible employees can receive a $750 sign-on bonus:

• $375 after 60 working days
• $375 after 90 working days

• Show up on time and are dependable.
• Enjoy physical, active work rather than sitting at a desk.
• Work well with others.
• Are comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 70 lbs.
• Can stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Are motivated by the opportunity to earn more through production.
• Are willing to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Have previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or material-handling experience — preferred, but not required.
