Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

From 1 Oct 2027 to 30 Sep 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification
• Possess a post-secondary qualification or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Prior experience in managing reception and general administration, preferably in a school environment

• Attend to unwell and/or injured students, including administering firstaid to students
• Handle frontline counter, incoming calls/mails and enquiries
• Maintain and monitor office and first-aid supplies, including the loaningof first-aid kits by staff
• Manage pupils-related matters such as updating of pupils’ records andclass attendance
• Assist in events and activities based on the school’s needs
• Assist in school general administrative matters in the General Office
• Assist in any other duties assigned by the school.
