School Receptionist & Admin Assistant

Job Scope:

• Attend to unwell and/or injured students, including administering first aid to students
• Handle frontline counter, incoming calls/mails and enquiries
• Maintain and monitor office and first-aid supplies, including the loaning of first-aid kits by staff
• Manage pupils-related matters such as updating of pupils’ records and class attendance
• Assist in events and activities based on the school’s needs
• Assist in school general administrative matters in the General Office
• Assist in any other duties assigned by the school.

Requirements:

• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification
• Possess a post-secondary qualification or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Prior experience in managing reception and general administration, preferably in a school environment

Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays: 7am to 4pm (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)

Contract Period:1 year (Estimated: 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027)

* Option to extend for 1 more year from 1 Oct 2027 to 30 Sep 2028
