Client Service Executive (Priority Banking I I Up to 6k

The Opportunity

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international clients, including account opening and product activation.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA), demonstrating a strong understanding of KYC, Source of Wealth, CRS, and FATCA regulations.
• Make welcome calls to new clients, introduce the bank’s services, and guide them through their onboarding steps.
• Conduct Webex video conferencing with customers to guide them through the digital onboarding journey.
• Provide assistance to clients using digital platforms and accessing relevant banking services in Singapore.
• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and elevate issues as needed for timely resolution.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles. Exposure to private or priority banking clients is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels, and onboarding regulations.
• Meticulous, client-focused, and a dependable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-pace with high attention to service detail.
