Telesales Officer

Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products - Objection handling:
Manage and handle customer’s resistance and objections - Meet sales targets:
Achieve & exceed sales target assigned - Leads management:
Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned - Customer

Ensure great customer onboarding journey
