Onsite Junior Systems Engineer​/Support Analyst

A growing IT services and solutions company is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer / Support Technician for a full-time, onsite role in Newtown Square, P.

The organization specializes in delivering reliable infrastructure support and cloud-based solutions across industries, leveraging technologies like Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, basic networking, and endpoint support tools. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real-world systems while building a strong technical foundation.

** Required Skills & Experience*
* · 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or junior systems administration

· Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365

· Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management

· Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

** Desired Skills & Experience*
* · Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

· Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, etc.)

· Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell preferred)

· CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications

· Familiarity with remote desktop tools and endpoint management
