** Job Summary*
* As an Analytics Product Manager for our vendor management office, you will lead the development and evolution of a healthcare vendor analytics product portfolio that supports clinical, operational, and business decision‑making. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, including data engineering, data science, business intelligence, clinical, and business stakeholders, to define product strategy, prioritize capabilities, and deliver analytics solutions for vendor data that drive measurable healthcare and business outcomes.
Your deep experience with healthcare data, analytics platforms, regulatory considerations, and business needs will be critical in shaping the product roadmap, ensuring data trust and usability, and maximizing value for internal and external customers. In addition, you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Analytics Product Analysts, strengthening product management maturity across the organization.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare vendor analytics products, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, clinical programs, and business objectives.
+ Partners with business, clinical, and operational stakeholders to identify use cases, prioritize features, and translate healthcare vendor business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
+ Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and BI teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable analytics solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications and user‑centered designs.
+ Lead user validation and acceptance efforts, incorporating feedback from business and clinical users' usability.
+ Monitor and assess healthcare vendor performance using analytics, ensuring that data-driven insights are aligned with organizational priorities, clinical programs, and business objectives.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare vendor analytics, advising internal teams on data capabilities, limitations, governance considerations, and best practices.
+ Collaborate with change management, communications, and leadership teams to support vendor data positioning, stakeholder adoption, and training.
+ Apply emerging analytics techniques, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to enhance vendor analytics capabilities continuously.
** Education/
Experience:

* + Bachelor's Degree.
