Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
Assist with the daily clinical operations of the Skilled Nursing department.
Support resident assessments, individualized care planning, and clinical oversight.
Ensure nursing interventions and care plans are implemented effectively.
Monitor resident outcomes and quality indicators.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Staff Leadership & Development
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing staff.
Assist with staffing coordination and daily operational needs.
Participate in employee coaching, evaluations, and performance management.
Support orientation and ongoing education for nursing personnel.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered work environment.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Improvement
Help maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Support survey readiness and regulatory inspections.
Monitor documentation accuracy and clinical compliance.
Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
