Senior Accounting Associate

Senior Accounting Associate - Up to $80k

Our client, a growing consumer products company, is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join its collaborative finance team. *** 3 days onsite

• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries and accruals
• Prepare commission calculations and account reconciliations
• Support royalty accounting and quarterly royalty reconciliations
• Review ERP data and accounting reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Assist with financial statement audits and royalty audits
• Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
• Analyze transactional data and identify discrepancies or process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the finance organization

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 2–6 years of accounting experience (Staff or Senior level)
• Experience with journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems

• Hybrid schedule (Monday–Wednesday onsite, Thursday–Friday remote)
