Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone - the first face they see when they walk in the door.
You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems - you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

Compensation & BenefitsYou’ll be competitively compensated:
- Hiring minimum: $26.10
- Hiring maximum: $28.26

- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Provide client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Manage account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; handle scheduling, preparing materials, correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes, update SOPs, and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
- Utilize technology including Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
