Newly opened in Newtown, PA, our showroom offers a wide range of exquisite jewelry pieces and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a full or part-time Host/Hostess to join our team and enhance our customers' experience.

• Greeting and Welcoming Customers:
  As a Host/Hostess at Steven Singer Jewelers, your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Customer Engagement:
  Develop an understanding of each customer's needs and desires by engaging in friendly conversations and actively listening. Provide exceptional customer service by offering assistance, answering questions, and providing relevant information about our products and services.
• Directing Customers:
  Assess customers' requirements and guide them to the appropriate staff member who can assist them effectively. Ensure smooth and efficient customer flow within the showroom.
• Showroom Maintenance:
  Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring that displays and merchandise are presented attractively. Take responsibility for general showroom maintenance and tidiness.
• Client Information Tracking:
  Accurately record and update customer information in our physical client database. Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other staff members to provide seamless customer experience. Support team members when needed, contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

• Customer Service
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for each customer.
• Energetic and Friendly Personality: A positive and welcoming attitude is essential. You should have the ability to engage with customers and make them feel comfortable in our showroom.
• Team Player:
  Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with the sales team and other staff members. A willingness to support and assist colleagues is essential.
• Availability:
  The position requires a minimum of part-time availability, including working on weekends.
• Professionalism and Confidentiality:
  Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's policies and standards. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and handle customer information with confidentiality and care.
