You’re a strategic relationship builder with a passion for helping businesses grow. As a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager III, you’ll manage a robust loan portfolio, cultivate new client relationships, and offer tailored lending solutions that help move businesses forward. You bring a solid foundation in commercial lending and are ready to take on larger, more complex clients with confidence — while still collaborating with senior leadership on high‑value transactions.

You will be responsible for:
  • Building and expanding a high‑quality commercial loan portfolio by developing relationships with new and existing clients and referral sources.
  • Spending approximately 60% of your time in the field meeting with business owners, centers of influence, and prospects to drive growth.
  • Managing moderately complex loan relationships independently and beginning to work with larger, more sophisticated clients under the guidance of leadership.
  • Collaborating with credit and internal teams during the underwriting process, applying sound judgment and policy knowledge.
  • Maintaining current financials and timely credit reviews to manage risk and ensure portfolio health.
  • Advising business clients on financial strategies and partnering with internal specialists to deliver holistic banking solutions.
  • Exercising lending authority within assigned limits and appropriately referring larger loans for approval.
Requirements:
Education & Experience

You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field and one 4-8 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
