What You'll Do- Create exceptional, personalized experiences for customers.
- Open and service accounts and help customers navigate banking products and digital tools.
- Build trusted relationships and identify ways the Bank can help meet customers’ financial needs.
- Connect customers with specialists in lending, wealth management, merchant services, and other areas.
- Process transactions accurately and confidently.
- Resolve customer questions with ownership and follow-through.
- Support branch operations, teammates, training, and onboarding.
- Maintain high standards for compliance, confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Represent the Bank positively through community involvement.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, relationship-oriented, dependable, accurate, and eager to develop their banking knowledge

A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates without a degree should have at least five years of successful related financial-institution experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with basic banking products and services is required. Experience with new accounts, digital banking support, and financial product referrals is a plus.
