Full-time Physical Therapist Home Care for St. Mary's Home Care in Bucks County, PA.

Provide one-to-one, compassionate care at patients' homes using cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge. Must excel in an autonomous work environment, be highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, and technologically proficient.

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or Master’s degree
• Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of PA
• Current working knowledge of conditions of participation and home healthcare experience preferred
• Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Experience in Oasis and Epic a plus

Requirements

Current PA PT Licensure; valid driver’s license; minimum 1 year experience; previous experience in Home Care setting preferred. Must have a car; good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
