The Technical Trainer role is multidisciplinary; travel to customers’ premises is often required. The trainer delivers effective training to internal staff and external partners, assists in creating and documenting product training materials, and drives high levels of partner/customer training satisfaction. Duties include identifying appropriate product improvements to optimize customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to deliver high‑impact training programs on both software and hardware solutions to internal teams, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software applications, hardware configuration, technical support, and instructional design.

• Develop and deliver onsite and virtual training sessions to teaching channel partners and staff about our RTLS products, ensuring a clear understanding of technical concepts for users of varying skill levels.
• Provide onsite and remote training and demonstration support, conduct hands‑on demonstrations, and offer technical troubleshooting during sessions.
• Develop high‑quality training resources, including presentations, user manuals, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and other learning aids; assist with the creation of training documentation.
• Utilize the LMS platform to track training progress, manage certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure high levels of training satisfaction, collect feedback, and implement improvements based on customer and partner needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training, with a strong understanding of both software and hardware systems.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with e‑learning tools, LMS platforms, and maintaining training documentation.
• Ability to travel 50–75% to deliver training and support at customer premises.
• Must be able to pass credentialing criteria for healthcare contractors.
• Provide in‑depth training detailing RTLS map design, site survey, installation, configuration, and testing for successful system certification.

• Instructional design or training‑related certifications.
• Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Networking skills including protocols, devices, OS, security, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms.
• Electrical experience and interpreting architectural designs.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Able to work from Newtown, PA headquarters.
