About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 1‑3 years of relevant legal experience to manage a diverse caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, and individuals, in one of Pennsylvania’s most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, title, and property development matters
  • Coordinate closings and conduct due diligence for property transactions
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, or alternative dispute resolution when necessary
  • Collaborate with title companies, surveyors, and municipal offices to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain current knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate law and local regulations
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in Bucks County or the surrounding region
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Experience with title insurance, zoning matters, or real estate litigation is a plus
