Primary Care Nurse – Home Care (Full Time)

St. Mary Home Care is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide one‑to‑one, compassionate care to patients in the Langhorne, Newtown and greater Bucks area.

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Langhorne, Newtown, Greater Bucks County, PA

• Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (applicable to all applicants except internal employees, former employees who resigned within the last year, or applicants sourced from outside firms)

• Provide in‑home skilled nursing care, developing personalized care plans and administering medications.
• Support patients’ recovery and independence while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Attend assigned patients consistently with guaranteed hours.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and family members.

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• One year of professional care nursing with home‑care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a weekend rotation once monthly & 2 holidays annually.
