As a Carpenter
, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering exceptional carpentry services for our custom home building projects. You will be trained alongside experts and get to work on unique, high‑quality projects, from framing to finishing touches.

• Work on framing, door/window installation, trim work, and specialty finishes.
• Set up and maintain job sites according to safety standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and clients effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to learn from seasoned carpenters.

• Experience in framing and finish carpentry, or willingness to learn and gain hands‑on experience.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage tools, materials, and work areas effectively.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Total Compensation OTE: $70,000-$80,000/year
• Pay: $25 to $32 per hour, based on experience/skills.
