Salary range $55-63K depending on experience
Serving as a true extension of the sales team while leading a customer-focused sales administration and customer service function, this role supports sales growth, strengthens distributor relationships, and ensures consistent, high-quality customer experience across direct and distributor sales channels.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an extension of the sales team, supporting daily sales activities and enabling sales growth
- Support sales administration and customer service team supporting direct and distributor channels to ensure a consistency, high quality customer experience
- Follow established customer service standards, workflows, and communication practices that deliver consistent customer experience
- Own sales administration processes from quotation through order entry and invoicing
- Maintain accurate data and reporting using ERP systems and CRM tools
- Strengthen distributor relationships and enhance long-term customer loyalty
- Serve as the key point of contact for customer and distributor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in coordination with internal teams
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement in sales support and customer service processes
About You:
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance service, accuracy, and commercial priorities
