About Affinity Esports: Affinity Esports creates healthier gaming experiences through programs centered on wellness, education, mentality, competition, and socialization. Our camps help young people build technical, creative, social, and problem-solving skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Program Overview: Affinity Esports is seeking an energetic instructor to lead hands-on, 30-hour Game Creation & Minecraft Modding camps. The ideal candidate can develop an engaging curriculum, teach students across different skill levels, and adapt in real time to keep participants learning, creating, and engaged.
Virtual Facilitator Option: We're open to considering candidates for a virtual facilitator role as a secondary option through the evaluation process, not prioritized against in-person delivery. In this model, the instructor presents curriculum and leads technical instruction remotely while serving as the point person and technical guide for on-site camp instructors and support staff throughout the week.

Assignments will be determined based on program needs, qualifications, and instructor availability.

Contract
Terms:
This is a short-term, up to three-week contract supporting one to three 30-hour camps. Compensation is $600 for each completed 30-hour camp. Affinity Esports may evaluate future opportunities based on performance, program fit, schedule, personal availability, and company need. There is explicitly no guarantee of continued work, additional hours, contract renewal, or an extension into the fall.
