VFM Consulting is a growing consultancy firm with strong focus on ERP consulting with People Soft, Workday & Oracle Cloud products. We give services i.e. implement, customize, train & support. The founder is seasoned ERP professional who implemented ERP systems across over 30 clients in USA & Europe. Our consultants work on both internal & client facing projects.

Position Summary:

As an Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant, you’re responsible to implement, configure & optimize Oracle Cloud SCM solutions (Order Management, Supply Plan, Demand Plan, Plan Central, Global Order Promise, Source Cloud, Product Data Hub, Procurement, Inventory & Costing). Your main focus will be to help clients enhance their supply chain processes using Oracle Cloud SCM tech.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs & supply chain processes. Analyze functional & technical requirements for Oracle Cloud SCM implementation.
  • Design & customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with focus on Procure, Receive, Order Manage, Inventory & Costing
  • Implement Oracle Cloud SCM projects. Seamlessly integrate with existing systems & data migrate & system customize as needed.
  • Develop & execute test scenarios to check functionality & efficiency of Oracle Cloud SCM applications. Find & solve any issues or gaps in implemented solution.
  • Provide big training to end users on Oracle Cloud SCM modules. Offer post implementation support to address user queries & solve any issues that arise.
  • Evaluate & optimize clients’ supply chain processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud SCM abilities. Find chances to streamline work, improve efficiency & reduce costs.
  • Create detailed documentation, i.e. functional specifications, process flows & user guides. Make regular reports to track progress & show updates to stakeholders.
  • Team up closely with key stakeholders, project managers & cross functional teams to meet milestones. Effectively show status & address any worries or threats.
  • Thorough knowledge of i.t. procedures & practices.
  • Flexible to changing needs.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Good at follow up.
  • Willingness to get hands on with product.
  • Works well with team.
  • Excellent speech & written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytics, logical thinking & problem solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of (insert) principles & planning.
  • Proficient with, or able to become proficient with many general & specialized applications, software & hardware used at organization & the industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
